Annual Gala – A Night at the Vineyard
"Help Us Help Others"


You are cordially invited to Bristol Rotary Club's biggest fundraiser of the year on September 12, 2026 at the Bristol Yacht Club, 101 Poppasquash Rd, Bristol, RI – from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
 
The purpose of our fundraiser every year is to support our annual charitable giving. Bristol Rotary donates funds to support the needs of over 30 charities in our community and some internationally. All funds come to and are donated from Bristol Rotary’s Charites Foundation (a 501(c)(3) a public charity). All donations are tax deductible. Our annual giving has donated to charities who help the homeless, children and families with food insecurities, the abused children and women, students’ needs at all 3 levels of local schooling, from Middle School to High School to College, children and adults with autism spectrum disorders, and many more great charities helping people in need.  See a sample list at the end of this document.
 
Our motto is “Help Us Help Others.” Last year we donated over $120,000. So, this year, please, help us help others by supporting our charity by buying tickets or donating to this Gala event.
 

Here is what our Gala will offer you this year!

 
You will enjoy a full buffet dinner catered by Pranzi Catering & Events. Music for dancing will be performed by a local outstanding musician from Newport, Stu Krous. And, as the name of the Gala implies, we will have a free wine tasting from 6 to 7pm accompanied by hors d’oeuvres.  Please join us for an evening of fun, fellowship, and charitable giving. 
 
As always, Rotary Club will have everyone's favorite dance game, "Heads or Tails" and the winner will win a $1,000 Amazon gift card! The Silent Auction will intrigue you with interesting items with your holiday gifts in mind. You will want to compete in the Live Auction!
 
Here are some of the items for the Live Auction:
    • Paradise Guest House in Ponta Delgada Sao Miguel, Azores, 6 days, 5 bedrooms.
    • Choose one month or two, 2 week stays from May through September at a condo on Okemo Mt., in Ludlow, Vermont, sleeps 6 - 8 people
    • Condo for a week in Cancun, sleeps 6 
    • Disney Vacation Club at the Grand Floridian, 7 nights, sleeps 4
 
 
Our Silent Auction will be one of the biggest ever, as many friends, Rotary members and local companies have donated almost 50 Silent Auction items.
